How We Share Your Information (Third-Party Services) We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with the following third-party services that are essential for our application to function:

Supabase: Our backend service provider. They store all of your data, including your user profile and journal entries, in a secure, encrypted database. You can view the Supabase Privacy Policy here.

Lovable.ai: Our frontend hosting platform. They serve the web application to your browser.

OpenAI: Our AI model provider. When you request an analysis, the text of that specific journal entry is sent to the OpenAI API for processing. According to OpenAI's API data usage policies, they do not use data submitted via their API to train their models. You can review the OpenAI API Privacy Policy here.

Resend: Our transactional email provider. Your email address is shared with them for the sole purpose of sending essential emails like confirmations and password resets.

Google (Optional): If you choose to sign in with Google, we will receive your basic profile information (name, email) from Google as part of the authentication process.

Data Security We take the security of your data seriously. We rely on the industry-standard security practices of our backend provider, Supabase, which includes encryption of data at rest and in transit. The application uses Row Level Security to ensure that you can only access your own journal entries.

Data Retention & Your Rights We retain your journal entries and profile information as long as your account is active. You have the right to:

Export your journal entries (a feature available to Pro users).

Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy Our service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
